I love this food because I can read and source the ingredients. My dogs love it as well. And I’ve noticed it’s providing positive change to by dogs health and care. HOWEVER…I have a German Shepherd and. Pitsky (pit bull husky). I’m going through a 25lb bag in almost a week. And it’s a bit pricy for every other week.

I bought this brand of dog food because i was told my puppy, I got, was on this prior to coming to my home. My puppy would not eat it. I tried for 3 weeks to get her to eat it. She would not. I contacted the seller for a refund. They refused. In the past I have went to a big chain pet store and have bought dog food from them. They have a return policy that let’s you return food if your dog does not eat it. I am going to return to buying food there or look on Amazon for another seller that will allow refunds. Amazon customer service was very understanding and really tried to get me my refund but their hands were tied because this dog food is sold and delivered by a 3rd party company.

My dog had so many skin problems before this food. The fish, with no chicken and very little grains has completely cleared her allergies.

My dog really loves this food. I will say the beef flavor is really hard for some reason. I always rehydrate and break up the pieces, but the beef is tough to do. My little guy loves the turkey though. Just wish it was a little cheaper!

I did a lot of research in dog kibble to find a good quality one and am very happy with Acana Wholesome Grains. My sweet girl is enjoying it, which I am happy about. I do add additional fresh meat, veggies, fruits and such to make it more enjoyable and healthier for my pooch. Very happy with this product.

My 10 month old beagle bull was running the street when I found her. She was skin and bones, and if her bowel movements were any indication, had been surviving on garbage. I started her on RR’s Bright Puppy, because it was readily available at the grocery store, and while that helped her gain weight, her tummy was a mess, her stool was consistently soft, and once she was out of starvation mode, she really didn’t care to eat that food anymore. It also gave her breath and bowel movements a weird, metallic odor. After doing some research, I switched to the Acana Rescue Care and WOW the difference. She loves this food and gobbles it down. She’s been eating it for 4 days, and already we’re not having any more loose stools and there’s almost no odor. We’re fans! … 2 months down the road and she’s packing on muscle, her coat feels silky soft and she’s maintaining a healthy weight.
