My birds love this kind of food!

I ordered this product to see if my feathered baby would eat it. He loves it!
The pellets are round medium soft. He has not thrown them out of his bowl so itās a plus for us. I would recommend this to others.

I thought they would like it. I was wrong. When I opened the bag it did smell fresh. I kept trying, never got eaten. The food stayed fresh. I sealed the bag tightly every time I opened it. You donāt know if you donāt try. I try to mix textures flavors to keep them open to new foods.

I like to give my guy several different kinds of pellets. Thinking they all have different vitamins and such.
Variety is the spice of life, after all.
Roudy Bush has always been his favorite for the last 15 years or so. He gets that daily with a few other brands of pellets too and he eats them all.
The other day I found this new kind of pellet that is soft. I decided to try it.
I usually have to play āgamesā when adding a new pellet to his life and it could take weeks before he would even touch a new brand.
However, this soft pellet was an immediate win. He ate the very first one he ever saw and now he loves them.
Because they are soft, we loose a lot to crumbs but it is still something new added to his diet.
It will be interesting to see how long they stay soft in the bag.
But for now- he has a soft pellet that he thinks is a special treat and he really loves eating them. He even says āyummy!ā While
Eating and he only does that for his very favorite foods!

I have 40+ birds and always offer a variety in their diet. I recently started feeding this mixed in with all their other food. Now, I usually don’t like the kaytee brand just because it’s really not good quality food but I wanted to try somthing new. The birds really liked this! They are extremely picky as you bird owners know so them eating a food is a big thing. All 40+ will eat this which means it must be good. It’s a unique food because it has a weird texture. Kinda pliable and soft-ish. It smells like dog food though. Either way, if they are eating it, I’m happy.
I do wish they had more size options though. I’d love if they made a small size for small birds.

My parrots wonāt eat the pellets in there seed mix so I put these with there seeds and they love them! I have 3 parrots a gcc, sun conure, and Indian ringneck. All of them love these!!!!

My OW Amazon loves this stuff!

I gave a piece to my green cheek conure and at first he seemed to enjoy this food. After eating 2 pieces he completely ignored the food and if I put it in front of him he’d pick it up and drop it on the ground. I took out the seeds and pellets out of his cage and left just a bowl of this for 10 hours to see if he’d give it another chance, he didn’t and I felt like I tortured him by his screams of hunger. It’d definitely be great if there was a smaller sample bag of this food for bird owners to test it out on their birds before spending $22 on what’s basically garbage now
